Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept direct payment from your insurance (when possible), Visa, MasterCard, Debit cards, and Cash.

We deliver the finest care at a competitive cost to our patients and payment is due at the time of service. We will work with you to get the most out of your insurance benefits. We offer two insurance payment methods:

1) If you wish to be in control of your own payment, you may pay us the full amount of your treatment at the end of each visit and have us submit the claim to your insurance carrier on your behalf. They will then reimburse you as per your eligibility.

2) If you prefer, we can submit the claim to your insurance company for payment to our office and have you pay any difference (co-payment) as per your policy. This is only possible if your insurance company sends us an electronic EOB (Explanation of Benefits).

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
